Tyler is based out of our office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He leads our immigration practice in South America, where he represents individuals and businesses in investment, employment, and family-based immigration matters.
As an immigrant himself (to Argentina), Tyler understands the unique personal, legal, and business challenges faced by foreign nationals. He combines this appreciation with his extensive and diverse knowledge of U.S. immigration law to optimize representation for our clients.
Tyler has successfully represented investors, business executives and managers, specialized and professional workers, and individuals of extraordinary ability. He has extensive experience and expertise in preparing E-2 Nonimmigrant Investor Visa applications. Tyler has presented E-2 applications for foreign investors at U.S. Consulates throughout South America. In addition to his focus on business immigration, Tyler is also passionate about helping individuals seeking political asylum and other humanitarian-based immigration relief. He has extensive experience assisting with litigation in U.S. immigration court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and U.S. circuit court of appeals.
