Temitope Awoyode, Esq. (LL.B., B.L., LL.M.) obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. She went on to earn her LL.M. from UC Berkeley’s prestigious Boalt Law School.
Ms. Awoyode has helped many clients obtain immigrant and non-immigrant visas on the basis of family, employment, humanitarian benefit, and adoption. She has also lent her experienced counsel on matters related to deportation, removal, and naturalization.
In addition to her impressive formal education and professional expertise, as an immigrant herself, Ms. Awoyode also has first-hand experience confronting and overcoming the hurdles of U.S. immigration processes. This familiarity with both sides of every issue enables her to relate to her clients’ needs on a personal level. Ms. Awoyode is passionate about all aspects of immigration law, treating each case as if it were her own, and she finds motivation and fulfillment in the joy and hope that her efforts inspire in her clients and their families.
Ms. Awoyode is licensed to practice law in New York and Nigeria. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and speaks frequently on immigration issues to community groups.
